Capital Maintenance Solutions (Capital^MS) was incorporated in 2016 and now operates as the umbrella company of Petherbridge Roofing and Capital Maintenance Solutions (Plumbing).

Petherbridge Roofing continues to operate after nearly 50 years of successful business and continues to provide a high level of service in the ACT and surrounding regions for all commercial and residential roofing related works.

Capital^MS holds plumbing, drainage and gas fitting licences in the ACT and NSW and has additional training and qualifications in the following:

• Confined Spaces Entry
• Working at Heights
• OHS White Card
• Electrical Test and Tag
• Backflow Testing
• Thermostatic Mixing Valves

Capital^MS utilises a Personnel Management System that includes Performance Appraisals, Training Management, and a Well Being Program.
